I have been with Aramendia for many years and in all instances have found their services satisfactory to excellent. Today I enjoyed yet another work requirement from the organization, the work being done by Ryan. He was courteous, confident, and extremely efficient in accomplishing the work order. Please know I have been in difficult positions during my tenure with the goverment and can certainly evaluate personnel who arrive on time and work with full knowledge of what is required.

“Great job, great service, no hidden fees.”
These guys were great! I enjoyed the fact that they were able to give me a TOTAL estimate without the hassle of hidden fees and taxes on the spot. They knew their product very well, and take pride in emphasizing that the Water Heater they were installing was top quality and made in the USA (in this economy I believe in supporting companies that keep jobs here in the US). I really liked their attitude as well; nothing beats a sincere: “I want to make sure you get taken care of” coming from a technician. Oh! And finally: they made sure they didn’t leave any mess you couldn’t even tell they worked on anything they way the area was left spotless. Keep up the great work! I will certainly use you guys again in the future.

“These guys are the best!! I’ll use Aramendia always!”
We had 2 major pipe leaks & Aramendia came out within hours of my call! Explained everything to us & even recommended a “preventative” fix on a 3rd pipe! The crews we had over 3 days were the best; knowledgable, curtious, fast, clean, helpful. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Aramendia. I just now called them to come fix a clogged toilet – they’re coming right away! No job is too small or large, and no customer’s request is ever belittled. Aramendia treats us like family from the 1st phone call to the in home service. And no, I’m not related to anyone at Aramendia!! LOL. I just really believe in letting others know about a very good company with great service! Aramendia is the BEST! Thanks, Aramendia!

- I contacted your company after 3:30 p.m. and had service by the following morning. You replace a water heater and your service men were professional and informative. I now have a company that can be contacted for alot of my needs. The service was at a rental property, and your quick response help with the stress of the situation. I spoke on the phone with Eric and he was helpful and reasured me the following morning with a phone call to confirm that the men would be there and the time. I also found out that you service the Medina County. I own a house in Yancey and have friends in the area and would recommend your company.
